The new Cedars Sinai Beverly Hills location was the first of its kind in the Cedars family with regard to redesigning patient experience. The clinic is an On-stage/Off-stage design so that the patients are escorted into an exam room in one door with the provider entering from another. Expeditor’s Real Time Monitors and light system panels are in each of the 6 clinical areas on both the 2nd and 3rd floors to monitor the patients visit and help improve patient flow efficiency.

The new Cedars Sinai Playa Vista Family Medicine location was next in the Cedars family after the 8767 opening to redesign the patient experience.
With more efficient check-ins and less wait time, the trip to the doctor takes on a more positive feeling.

Cedars Sinai expanded their presence on the Westside of LA upon the opening of the Culver City Family Medicine clinic in spring of 2018. The 5,500 square foot primary care office is staffed by four family physicians that treat patients from newborn to seniors. The Expeditor Patient Flow system is the heart of the clinic improving patient flow from check-in to check-out. The staff and providers are able to see what rooms are available, occupied and how long the patients have been waiting in the exam rooms, as well as spending with the providers. The Real Time Monitor allows for the actionable change for each patient visit.
